Description

Flow explores the relationship between humanity and nature as a continuous process of transformation. Inspired by philosophical ideas of interconnectedness and constant change, this series imagines symbolic landscapes where human figures, botanical forms, water, and architecture exist in an ongoing dialogue. Rather than depicting nature as a backdrop, I see it as a living presence that shapes our experiences of growth, resilience, and belonging. Created in mixed media using pencil, ink, technical pens, watercolor, gouache, and acrylic, each painting evolves through an intuitive dialogue between drawing and painting. Layer by layer, line, texture, and color build compositions that balance precision with spontaneity, inviting viewers to reflect on the quiet rhythms of change and the connections that unite humanity with the natural world. The Temple Keeper explores the quiet act of observing transformation. Surrounded by botanical forms and symbolic architecture, the central figure becomes both participant and witness to the continuous cycles of growth, decay, and renewal that shape the natural world. Created in mixed media using pencil, ink, technical pens, watercolor, gouache, and acrylic, the painting reflects on awareness as a path to connection, suggesting that change unfolds through attentive observation and our relationship with the living world.
